Is Nestara a 55+ age-restricted community?
Yes. Nestara at Shannon Parkway is an age-qualified community requiring at least one resident in each home to be 55 or older, in accordance with the Housing for Older Persons Act (HOPA).
What is included in the monthly rent?
Rent includes access to all community amenities — fitness center, clubhouse, grilling areas, pet washing station, landscaping, and exterior maintenance. Utilities are billed separately.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — Nestara is pet-friendly. Two pets per home are welcome, with breed and weight guidelines available upon request. A dedicated pet washing station is on-site.
Is there a HOA fee or community fee?
There is no separate HOA fee. A modest community amenity fee is included in monthly rent and covers the upkeep of all shared spaces and grounds.
